    I once did several minutes of tuck jumps on a trampoline. And my lower abs were sore the next day. So I learned they also require those muscles too in addition to just using your legs.

    I can't do straddle taps either. Not very many at least. They must be easy for some people. There's one workout where Cathe does them as a blast and calls it an "easier" one or a "break". But for me it's one of the hardest moves!

    I just put down puzzle mats to protect my carpet. But the discs with cloth covers don't slide as well as plain discs on carpet. Any suggestions? Pledge spray worked well on carpet but I'm afraid it will make the mats too slippery Thanks :-)

    I never wear socks with my workout shoes--at least when I'm indoors doing the DVDs. For me it's just more comfy. I love going barefoot so that might have something to do with it.
