Desk workouts?

I saw an article on treadmill desks where you can walk and work on your computer or phone at the same time. It made me so aware of how much sitting I do all day.

Does anyone have any little moves they do at their desk? I was thinking of bringing my fire walker bands to sit and do some outer leg stuff.

Any tips? Thanks!
 
I have a standing desk at work. I love the idea of fire walkers. Some people at my work bring kettle bells or sum bells to curl/lift while standing.
 
I use my firewalker bands and also do isometrics like pushing down on the top or pushing up from the ledge around the top with my fists...I guess that might be mistaken for being aggressive :eek: ?
