Doing a search on Shred and found this older post. I just did the regular Shred and had really good results. I'm one who can lose in size but it doesn't show much on the scale. But I was able to zip up a dress that wouldn't fit before I started
I found it so easy to follow. Basically he tells you what to eat and when, but it's still flexible. Easy and simple meals eating 4 a day plus snacks I'm between.
Now I'm going to try the 4 week super shred
Basically it's eating clean and simple foods (fruits veggies low sodium soups, smoothies and lean meats. Nuts, veggies, a bit of chocolate Etc for snacks
I always struggle on what to buy when I grocery shop but this made it easy.
My friend did it and recommended it so that's how I found the book. Also they have a good Facebook page with questions, moral support etc.
Just my two cents but I liked it!
