Doing Vacuums and concentrating on lower abs really help. It’s been helping me, I’m a far cry away from Amanda’s abs but I’m noticing it’s getting flatter
I was wondering if you will be selling a different case as an option? It’s a cute round case but I won’t ever take my DVDs on a trip, I rather use Cathe Live it’s easier and hotel gyms and rooms usually don’t have dvd players.

Is it because downloads you don’t need Wi-Fi?

I need to add 1 more lower body workout to my rotation to work on my glutes more. Wanna work more on glutes “No granny butt here”
