@Meldel , I second your request for a Cathe 4x4 workout. In the meatime, I recommend Tracy Steen on YouTube. She has a couple of 4x4 workouts on her channel and they are great to follow along with or to get ideas to create your own 4x4.
The award for burn factor goes to 32 reps of those split, step in step back lunges. I can't ever remember the name of that move but my oh my I remember the burn! :) Another goodie, thanks Cathe
I love the PHAs as stated above for total body. In addition I recommend Trisets Total Body 462 and Muscle Mashup 417. You really can't go wrong, so many great choices :)
This was a great workout for overall fitness! Agree with others that the rounds flew by. @aqua girl I was wishing I would have chosen chest flyes over those side walking planks, ha! Those had a bite to them! Thanks again Cathe

@Debinmi I agree, this was my favorite article in recent newsletter history. The 1-5 rep range is not always accessible to us, especially at-home exercisers. Great to know that doing our best to achieve proper fatigue with higher reps can be just as good.
