Love the Blizzard blasts, I did Sculpted Legs today with the Blizzard Blast. You really can make these workouts more advanced by doubling up on the weight and utilizing the blasts.
That was a great post! I absolutely agree there is a need for workouts in various intensity, slower days, steady state workouts, etc. I don't believe in over-training, that's for sure and amongst my riding buddies we have a motto... "walking is the future" (maybe the day will come when we...
I have been doing STS non-stop with my own subs and creative heavy changes, and I'm blown away that I keep improving by increments even after 9 years. Nothing comes close except maybe Body Beast. I do not get the results with shorter workouts, or intermediate workouts, that includes cardio...

I've been doing the full body premix and my....my...I am really enjoying this premix. The only dvd I am not doing is the Shred Cardio because I don't do step.

Ya...absolutely my most favorite full body workout on one disc! I have done it many, many times and have never failed to love the time spent. Usually if I'm in a hurry I omit the legs portion, which you can do...just select total upper body and you are good to go.
