    Today was PHA Training and Total Body Abs Transformer from Jessica Smith's Cardio Abs DVD. Loved PHA Training! I can't wait to try the Live versions! sisu-great job with Cardio Leg Blast, definitely one of my favorites.

    Love Ramped Up Upper Body!
