    Cathe's KickBoxing is so much fun!!

    I was torn between MMA Boxing and Rock'm Sock'm but ultimately went with Rock'm Sock'm. I love the music and the ability to bump it up with the Blizzard Blast. So many good choices though!

    Hi ladies! Today I did a 1-mile express walk and Floor Barre from JS and Cathe Live Butts & Guts. I went heavier on all the weighted exercises, and I am feeling it now! I hope I can sit tomorrow. :eek::eek: Running late tonight....you all did great today!
