CRACY, STRONG AND LOVING IT January 2016 - January 2020

Hi girls!:)

Myn JNL Fusion arrived Saturda, yeah so I was so excited and anxious to try it out immediately so I did do a JNL workout yesterday following rotation i think it was Shoulder Shredder, it was fun. Today was fun too so far realy having fun with JNL Fusion.

Here's today's workout:

Week #10 of JMBR almost done but still having fun with it.

JMBR- Ph 3 Workout #11= 36 Min
MV= 9.20
CB= 452

JNL Fusion- Ballistic Backside= 39 Min
MV= 9.0
CB= 479

Total calories burned= 931

Belinda- Chisel balanc fr0m Hamer and Chisel is tough. Good work:):cool:

Debbie- Wow, that sounds like a very challenging combo you did today with BB Bulk & Build for Chest & Tri's , plus a .75 Mile walk on the treadmil. Yes, that does seem like a tough workout. Amazing job on today's workout you are a rock star, bravo and well done!:);):D

Belinda- Thanks for your comments. My DH's parents are very elderly his mom is 89 has gkacoma and can only hear in one ear now. Paul's dad has alzheimers (sp?) and is 93, neither can drive anymore and can walk but mobility is now not what it once was. The family was called together to help dicuss and figure out what to do with one of Paul's brothers house which was so bad it was decided on to sell the property for land and level it. My mother-in-law called and told my DH that she wanted him and one of my son's only to come down to do this saturday because it should be just the men in the family only. No one had an info on the sales of homes in the area of the property they were cousdering to sell and the house paul's parent bought and put in trust for his brother Tim who is legally declared and adult chld. He has one other brother who is as well and lives in a group home for people like him. Anyway DH's mom was not happy I was there. I had researched alot of questions surrounding the situation and gathered that info to share at the meeting. I was not causing any trouble. No one new what the issues were regarding selling the property if that was possble to sell house or level it and sell the property or land. Also the issue of the trust which depending on h ow the trust was set up if it would be allowed to sell it. Paul's Mom said it was in a irrevocable trust. but she said she wasnot sure what kind of trust it was set up in. SO I did research on revocable and irrevocable trusts and found out that before anything can be done with that house/property had to find out if they had right to sell. Paul's mom told me blood was thicker than water and I had no say. I told her I only did research to find information that may be helpful to help her, her DH, and Paul's brother Tim. She kept remimding me I was nobody not being a blood relative, I said I reserched info to give to everyone at meeting so they would have better idea of concerns and options that may be available to help in this situation. I told her look I just wanted to help wth info so everyone could be informed and able to consider things so she and Bob don't get screwed over. Paul's siblings were all greatful for the research and info I shared as this answered questions that popped up in their minds as well. Paul had one brother who flew in from out of state for a day and a half to get this done so he was glad I did the research because one else thought to do so. Anyway's I think Paul's mom will calm down asn things begin to get resolved. Oh well.

Nora - good job with your workouts today. Glad you like JNL :) I know you meant well, I hope things will calm down. I am sure, in a few day's things look different. Stay out and safe yourself some headache :D if they want to act like that!

I did KCM Cardio Pump 2 which is Weights felt really good. I am a little down today I didn't get the job I wanted and the house I wanted to rent sucks.

Hi ladies!

Today at lunch I did a 1-mile walk with JS on YouTube; after I did Cathe Live Super Cuts with Cardio Blasts and Cardio Ballet with Jessica Smith. Both of these were not that difficult, but that's okay because I am a little sore from yesterday's workout.

Nora-what a crazy mess! I agree with Belinda's advice. Great workouts today!

Belinda-I loved Hammer & Chisel, well, mainly Autumn's workouts but Sagi had some good ones. Hope you like it!

Debbie-nice mix with BB!

Roxie-nice job wth KCM. Sorry to hear about the job and house.
 
There are two different 10 min ab workouts - one by Autumn and one by Sagi. I definitely like Autumn's better. She uses the bench for all her moves.
 
Today I did Cardio Coach 3 and had an excellent workout. Did really well with this one. My endurance is back!!!

Workout was 40 minutes, ran 2.83 miles, burned 272 calories (TM said 376) and went 5671 steps.

I also did KPC Abs. Love that one.

Nora - I agree with Belinda, just stay out of it. If they don't want your help, screw it. And don't lose any sleep over it.

Roxie - Do you still need a kick in the butt? Looks like you are doing better.

Jodi - Nice workouts you are having. You are rockin it!!

Belinda - You too, nice workouts!!!

It is incredibly smoky here with all the farmers burning their fields. I did a run/walk on the treadmill this morning.

Today I did my own Back/Biceps using both BB Bulk and Build workouts again. Had a good workout, my back is looking really defined. Happy about that!!!

Giant Set - Build
EZ Bar Row:
30#/40#/50# - 15/12/8 reps
One Arm Row: 20#/25#/30# - 15/12/8 reps
Reverse Fly: 10's/12's/15's - 15/12/8 reps

Super Set - Bulk
Pullover:
20#/25#/30#/25# - 15/12/8/8 reps (last two sets were drop sets)
Pull-Up: Used my blue bands - 10/10/10 reps

BICEPS
Progressive Set - Bulk
Concentration Hammer Curl: 10's/12's/15's/15's/12's/10's - 15/12/8/8/12/15 reps

(I did standing Hammer Curls, do not like concentration curls)

Single Set/Drop Set - Build
Seated Dumbbell Curl:
10's/12's/15's/12's - 15/12/8/8 reps (last two sets were drop sets)
Way too easy, need to go heavier.

Then I walked .75 miles on my treadmill.

Roxie - Don't let the depression get you, not good. That is one thing I've never dealt with. I'm always happy go lucky. Guess I get it from my mom. Hope you get out of your funk soon.

I'm in week 11 of JMBR so I have this week and next week and I will be done with that one. So in the meantine I'm doing the remainder of
JMBR and I just started JNL Fusion. In know that my workouts are just over an hour but they are shorter than before. I think after I finish JMBR I can better be able to control the time better. There is no warm up for JNL Fusion workouts so I decided a short walk would be good as a warm up.

Debbie- Another great workout for you today with Back/Biceps using both BB Bulk and Build workouts and .75 treadmill walk, too Bravo. Nicely done today you're a great fitspiration. Have a blessed day.:);):cool:

I did StudioSweat Matt Pilates an it was ok I just don't like stretching.

Nora-good job today but man you wear me out just reading your workouts

Debbie- good job today, I have been thinking about joining Cathe Live but I have way to many workouts an that's part of my problem
 
Hallo everyone,

Today I did H&G ISO Strength Chisel + LS Wednesday + Friday walk. Tomorrow will be a rest day, I am getting my hair done in DC and spending time with my DH :)

I sold 4 workout dvd's yesterday :) They all still in shrink wrap. I am trying to downsize my huge collection.

Roxie - nice job today.

Nora - good job as well.

Debbie - nice job with your workout.

Jodi - hope you having a great workout today.

Hi ladies!

Today I did a 1-mile express walk and Floor Barre from JS and Cathe Live Butts & Guts. I went heavier on all the weighted exercises, and I am feeling it now! I hope I can sit tomorrow. :eek::eek:

Running late tonight....you all did great today!
 
I got to bed late last night and woke up with a headache and no energy. I just walked on my treadmill at a 3% incline and worked up a pretty good sweat.

Walked for 53 minutes, burned 275 calories, walked 2.8 miles and went 6373 steps.

I am taking a break and will not workout now until Monday. I am exhausted and need a small break. So you all have a very Happy Easter and a great weekend!!!
