    Cardio decline

I hear you. I am 52 and the cardio has been tough for me...I have chosen not to run anymore, but I have not given up my IMAX's or my HiiT yet. However, I have had to really fight to keep it and will do so as long as possible.

    Info on new workouts coming.......

This one sounds terrific. I am excited about the Total Body workout and the PHA training. I will be signing up for this on day one! I think its been a while since Cathe has put out a Total Body Weights workout (STS Total Body?). That type of workout is one of my favorites!

Is Yoga a complete workout to you?

I have never gotten into Yoga. If I am going to spend my time working out, I want to know that I have worked very hard, done some good cardio and expended calories. I have never felt/thought that was yoga for me.

    Your favorite Cathe Workout?

I agree that XTrain is the best all time set. Everything just clicked for me with this set. All of Cathe's workouts are terrific and I have 95% of them and she is my primary exercise dvd person. I just think XTrain is the cream of the crop.

    shoes

I second the "go to a good local running store" suggestion! I didn't realize I was wearing shoes 1/2 size too SMALL until I was properly fitted. They observe your gait, the way your foot pronates and the fit of the shoe. For someone who spends at least 5 hours a week exercising in them, it is...

How is this athletic but not bulky look achieved?

I suppose to get that body...it wouldn't hurt if you had oodles of money to have a personal trainer and personal chef to keep you on point as well....just sayin'... Not that it can't be done by us normal folk...but all the extra resources couldn't hurt either

    shoes

My personal favorite are Asics running shoes. The ones I have now were about $150 but totally worth it. I think in the end it just depends on what brand works well with your feet. For instance, I simply cannot/will not do Nike with my feet.
