    Hey Ladies!!! I was up a bit early this morning, not by choice.. but it was good, I was able to get my lunch ready and do my workout with time to do some much needed meditation!! Workout this morning was Xtrain Legs with the plank section of Icey Core 2. Have an awesome day everyone!

    I have been waiting for Amped Reocvery forever!!!!!! I had been buying non flavored aminos from Vitamin Shoppe, I hate all the chemical artificial sweeteners and colors, so I bought plain and that is just nasty.. but I would just throw it back like a shot!!!
