Good weekend everyone,

today I did two Qinetic workouts - one for legs and the other more of a bootcamp/total body. sweatfest city.

Have a great day everyone. Busy day. counselling today and now out for dinner. i would love to just stay home as I was also out last night too. yikes.

Hey, hope everyone's weekend has been nice so far. You're a busy bee Ceci! :) Are those the Qinetic Live youtube ones? Excellent channel. Isaac cracks me up!
Yesterday, my workout was Kelly CM Floor workout from Body Training dvd + Cathe ICE To The Mat Ball section only. So, all floor and no/low impact here. My legs and hips are really feeling worked. I love Cathe ball work too ....it's fun! :)
Today I am hoping to get out for a hike.

Hi everybody, a recap of the last few days. Friday was a rest day, yesterday I did Cathe's X77 (used light weights as I'm doing STS at the moment so didn't need to go heavy, and took a little more break a few times but I did all the 10 w/s, yeah!), this morning was Party Rocking Step 2 in its entirety. This one starts slowly, so you think it is doable, but combo after combo it gets harder and in the end you are really worn out. Wish you all a relaxing Sunday to recharge the batteries.

Today I did more Qinetic workouts today. I did XFA - arms intensity + 20 minute core. Else I really like Stephanie Lauren and the XFA guys. I haven't tried everyone yet. I'll check out Isaac.

Sandy - X77?????????? I've never even tried. I am usually fried after three segments. X10 is tough. Good for you re: PRS!

I feel beat up - I am sore everywhere from my workouts lately. I need a day off but I don't want a day off...... We shall see.

Hey all!! I did some of the ICE Bootcamp on Saturday, had to stop early my neck was bugging me... grrr.. Today was rest day. Ready to hit it hard again tomorrow!!

Hi all!

This is my first post ever on this forum. I've been checking this forum for a while now, and I am so excited to finally have found like minded people. Where I live (the Netherlands, in Europe) and in my immediate circles people think I am crazy with my workout dvd obsession, so it's nice to see I am not alone. I have been reading 2lazy4gym blog for years, so I knew I was not completely alone, but now I've discovered this forum it's so great.

I'm doing ICE rotation level 3, but due to a hectic schedule last week (I work fulltime and give youth basketball trainings 3 times a week and coach their games on the weekends) I missed the workout for Friday and Saturday, so they became my rest days and yesterday I tried catching up by doing both MTB incl. BB as well BCC. That was quite a long workout! I'm surprised I am not more tired today.

BTW, Party Rocking Step 2 is so much fun! Just reading about it makes me want to do it again.

My plan for the start of 2016 was to just use all the DVDs I have... so ICE, then ICE & Xtrain, then ICE & RWH and some of all my BeachBody programs and when I get bored I will start with Cathe Live which looks like so much fun, but Saturday I some how ended up ordering 3 new KCM DVDs. I seem to have a serious shopping problem when it comes to workout DVDs and workout outfits. Has anyone else got that problem? Especially with ICE and Live (so far just seen on YouTube) I keep seeing so many cute outfits that I just end up buying them, despite already having a closet full of workout clothes and I only workout at home, so it's not like anyone even sees me. I could be working out in any old clothes, no one would know, but what would be the fun in that?
