Great to see all these new faces on the check in!

I missed you all this weekend, but I did my workouts:
Saturday - Cardio Leg Blast
Sunday - KCM Cardio Pump, ICE Chiseled Upper Body and core 2.
Today was Christi's Still Jumpin' for my steady state cardio.

Today I did Qinetic stretch with Ariel and TTapp. It was a rest day.

Good workouts conni. It's snowing like crazy here.

Today I did RWH lower body circuit (most of it, cut out some plyo sections), then ICE MM Back, then some meditation.

Hi ladies,

Since dh was home today because of the holiday I did my workout at the gym. So it was 27 minutes on the elliptical and then 45 minutes of weight work.

I am already feeling it. Youngest ds has a project from one of his graphic design classes on display at the college so we will go and see it.

I did ICE LIS both cardio sessions, the body blast and MM back. A good workout, but time consuming so now after my shower there's no time left for Netflix tonight. :(

I miss stepped down of the step during cardio 2 so my ankle is a little sore now. I hope it's nothing a good night's sleep can't help. I can't imagine finishing this rotation with a sore ankle. At least with Xtrain for instance there were days where you knew you could still do the workout with sore feet or ankle etc, but with ICE I am pretty sure I need my ankle in tact at all times.
