Hi everybody, today I did Legs anf Glutes from the Body Blast series. I can say this series is one of my fav along with XTRAIN. I am still sore from yesterday Sts so I should have taken a rest day or do a light cardio. I completed the w/o somehow and found it really a good one: it touches everything: quads, hamstrings, thighs, glutes, calves.
Lookin forward to hearing from you girls:)' sounds strange being the one starting the checkin since I'm usually the last one in this!
 
I keep forgetting about that one Sandy, the legs and glutes part... I think I might try that tomorrow if my knee is not screaming at me!!! Today I did ICE Bootcamp! It was fun, I like that one!!!

I am late to check in too. this morning I did a segment from Suzanne Bowen - tighten torch and tone. I added on a Qinetic workout that is for lower body and added on Qinetic abs with isaac.

Thanks for starting us off Sandy. I don't often do the old workouts. thanks for the reminder.

That looks like an excellent dvd Sandy with all of those premixes. Haven't picked that one up yet!!

I've been purposefully taking it more gently during the past 5-6 days. Today I did a Jessica Smith Kickboxing Ballet & the Back portion of
Cathe High Reps. Great exercises on that one.

A whole day late with the check in. Well I have nothing to check in anyways. Whatever bug my son has, has hit me too. I started with pain all over during the night from Monday to Tuesday and yesterday just pain and a slight fever. Today it's even worse and my fever is higher.. So high I will spend the day in bed. Bummer! I only just started working out again about 6 weeks ago after the last illnesses. It seems to be flu season and I am catching every one of them.
