    Diet Soda w/ NO artificial sweeteners!

    we have this at our Whole Foods store and I tried it but do not like it at all. It did not taste sweet and the flavors were not good. I was really bummed because I gave up artificial sweeteners 2 mos ago and am still looking for a good pop!

    did you just do the ab workout or do you do all of the moves? The exercised (I can't see the ab dvd so I can't comment on that, but I mean the other exercises on the link given) seem like they would be nothing to a Cathe regular but the reviews make it sound very good/effective. What do you think?

    Hi! Is there any chance you drink a lot of diet pop? If so, I would say cut that out as it could be the culprit. It seemed to do a good amount of good for me.

    the hardest part for me was the dive bomber pushups followed by the ones where you bring your legs to the side! Then doing the side plank with weight pushups as fast as she does them-that is hard!
