    Getting Back Into Shape

I would look at Fitness Freak's or Cathe's rotations. There's a lot of great choices. I just discovered Cathe a couple of months ago, so I didn't used any of these w/o's to lose the weight I gained, but I'm sure any of her w/o's would do the trick. I have 3 kids and lost the weight I...

Boot Camp or Body Max 2?

I would definitely get both! I actually prefer BC, but Body Max 2 is also wonderful. I'm also planning on starting the rotation by Muscle Guy next week- looks like a good one.

    I am SUCH a wuss -- RTTC

If you haven't tried Jari's new dvd "Get Ripped and Chiseled", this is another great w/o that has a section that really hits your shoulders and biceps. The only thing missing is an ab section, but there is a bonus ab section from her dvd Slim and Lean dvd. I think I will start using some of...

    I am SUCH a wuss -- RTTC

Hi, When I first started using this w/o I had the same problem as you. It just takes time to build the endurance. I first started with 8's, then she just does the step ups with no overhead press, then switched to 5's for the next set of overhead press, then step ups, back to 8's and so on...

    Terminator DVD

Hi, I just bought Terminator and reviewed it last night (wanted to make sure I knew what I was getting myself into) I'm not really into stepping since I have 2 left feet, but the step moves in this dvd don't seem too complicated. From the look of things, I think I'm going to enjoy the...

    Amy Bento All Pump Extreme

Thanks for your response. The Pyramid is a great w/o. You start off with light, medium, heavy, then work your way back down. I just did Pyramids for the first time this week and now have DOMS from the Pyramid Lower Body.

    Amy Bento All Pump Extreme

I just purchased Amy Bento's All Pump Extreme. It's a 120m weight w/o- Has anyone else tried this one? 120 minutes for a weight w/o seems like to overdoing it to me? Is it better to split it up or is it okay to do the whole thing all at once. I have enough time- so this isn't an issue. any...

    DOMS with PLB

Hi, I have done B&G, L&G, GSL, etc., and never experienced DOMS. However, I just did PLB for the first time yesterday and woke up with DOMS. Has this happened to anyone else? I didn't feel like I worked out any harder than I normally do. Could it be that other muscles are being targeted...

    itrain suggestions for treadmill workouts

Hi, I've never done an itrain workout, but would like to try some of the treadmill ones. If any of you have tried any of these workouts, let me know which ones you think are good. There's so many to choose from. I guess I'm an average jogger/runner- my average pace per mile is 8:00-8:30...
