    A week off cardio

Think long term Hey, kim. Once when I had the "guilts" over a cardio break, a wise, fit friend told me, "Will it matter a year from now? A month from now?" In truth, a few extra days off will hardly be remembered in a few weeks; however, FORCED workouts during injury may very well haunt you...

Cathe in MegaStepBlast vs PS Series

Cathe?? Bodyfat? Gosh---Cathe's physique is certainly more muscular and defined in her recent videos, but her "bodyfat" in MegaStep Blast is still clearly very low.

Awesome 2K02: What Makes it Superior

Of course you're right. Susan: I know you're right. I'll follow your advice. Thanks for reminding me of the bell curve theory. Let me know what you think of 2K02, when you get a chance. :)

Awesome 2K02: What Makes it Superior

Space Lezly: I do 2K02 in a 8' by 8' space with room to spare. Nah, any hi/lo tape would take WAY more room than this tape. Efficiency is one of the cool things about 2K02.

Awesome 2K02: What Makes it Superior

Another reason in support... After doing Mindy's tape yet again, I thought of another reason that this tape succeeds. Mindy presents a very, very tough athletic level, and she says, "Here, make this your goal. It may take you a while to get there, but you'll get there. You'll meet this...

Awesome 2K02: What Makes it Superior

Well, I just coughed up $30 (including shipping) for Mindy's sports tape and must say that it's well worth the money. It's one of those body-changing workouts that is exhilarating enough to last for hours and hours. After doing the workout several times, I couldn't help but wonder exactly what...

    CIA tapes....anybody?

Older CIA's One of my absolute favorite tapes EVER is CIA 2003. It contains a tough 60 minute step section (non-dancy, including, for instance, lengthy lunge segments, pushups etc.) as well as a good HI/LO segment. I've owned the tape for years, never see it advertised in Collage (or...

    Hydroxycut and Xenedrine

Ephedrine I am almost certain that both of these products contain the controversial stimulant, ma huang or ephedrine--- something that, according to my smart friend, Kimz, is illegal in Canada, undoubtedly for good reason. Before the raging popularity/controversy of these products, I tried a...

The Great Monthly Bloat Fest :o/

Vitamin C Yes, you're right. B6 is the "magic" PMS vitamin. But a diuretic-type vitamin that might actually help minimize the bloating is vitamin C. You might start out taking 250mg. every few hours, and see if that helps. Also, ask your mom when she started feeling perimenopausal symptoms...

The Great Monthly Bloat Fest :o/

PMS or Peri? Cynthia: You're describing my symptoms exactly--- and I've tried EVERY conceivable solution to alleviate the misery. A couple have worked; however, before I respond, may I ask how old you are? What worked for me at twenty no longer worked at forty--- undoubtedly because my PMS...

    Vivian's body fat

Absolutely Well, I must admit that I'm a bit tired of talking about my bodyfat, or lack thereof, but I think the issue of "The Body Project", especially for women is a critical one. Although I am not anorexic by definition (my weight hovers around 106ish @ 5'3), I have reduced my bodyfat to a...
