Just wait until you try IMAX and BodyMax :-wow.......IMHO they are truly for the advanced exerciser. I only do them when I really feel full of energy :-jumpy :-jumpy and even then I modify. Then you have the PS series....the S&H series.....the.....it just goes on...you are going to have fun...
