    Working HARD for 7 weeks with no weight loss...

    I'm not a nutritionist, but three things stick out to me... Calories on the low side Not enough protein Not enough calcium (are you having low fat milk with your breakfast and 2 snacks?) You might also want to up your cardio - perhaps adding some HIIT sessions. JMTC
