    Too much cardio???

    Hi Cathe, I'm sure someone has asked before but can you do too much cardio? I do your DVD's or some form of gym machine 5-6 days a week for 40-60 minutes per. I do weights 2-3 days a week. Am I doing too much cardio? THANKS!

    Thanks Cathe this is great! One question, since some are pretty long do you lose effectiveness by splitting up into 2 workouts in the day? I'm sure with the cardio doing it all together is best for endurance but with the weight and leg days am I missing out on a lot by splitting it? Thanks...
