Big Mistake

Today I wanted a nice circuit workout and after reviewing a few of the dvds decided on BM2 scrambled eggs. But as I was finishing I thought, "where's all the UB work?":eek: Yes, it took til minute 58 to realize it :p So, when I was all done with that, being anal that I am I also did the UB and abs work out. Felt good,but now I just want to lay around ;-)
 
WOW! You have definitely earned the right to 'lay around', what a workout!!! Scrambled eggs is an awesome premix and leaves me spent, good for you for mustering up the energy to get the UB and abs in too.
