    Kassia- Also, would you recommend Step Works,Step Blast, or Rhythmic Step over Power Max and Step Fit? Are they pretty similar or no? It looks like the High Step and Club Step do basically the same thing. I know the Club Step can be used as a bench as well. Do I need both? THanks!

    I always thought since trainers have always said to do both cardio and weights together for the best and quickest results. In this case maybe it is good to do endurance and strength traing seperate since it is so intense???? Good job on getting down to 15% body fat! I need to be patient with...
