Fat Loss

Hello all!

I need your advice! I have about 20 pounds to lose and much needed muscle definition. Would you recommend me sticking to only Fat Loss/ Endurance Rotations until the fat/weight is gone? Or, should I mix it up with others? Any suggestions?

I'm gonna tell you what worked for me. Everyone is different, so I think you gotta experiment. I lost almost 70lbs doing mostly cardio and cardio/sculpt workouts. Of course, the eating was a big part as well. I did ALOT of walking and used the firm cardio/sculpt tapes. Eventually, I found cathe and began to run. I then started running for cardio and used her cardio/sculpt tapes the other days.
