    noekel yes, you are probably better off with the DVD's as you have more options, however, you should know that there is such a thing as a "multi-system vcr" to play both PAL and NTSC videos. I know because I have one. I bought mine in France, but I have also seen them here in Tokyo Japan.

    I went for many months without taking a day off from exercising. But the more advanced I got with my workouts, the more I realized a day or 2 off during the week was only going to be beneficial to my body and helps rejuvenate me.
