I just finished the 3 set upper body premix from Push/Pull, and I really loved it! The only issue is that one must listen to the same comments 3 times in a row, which might get to some people.
In my opinion, the 3 set option is perfect for Push/Pull. I would love for Cathe to do a slow and heavy workout like this, with an upper body workout and a lower body workout to accompany it.
