    Heavy Weight/Light Weight Rotation?

    If I lifted heavy weights/less reps for one week and then the next week I lifted light weights/more reps, would this rotation be effective for weight loss and overall muscle strength? Or should I just stick to the heavier weights? Any info would be much appreciated!
