Gym Boss?

For those of you who own a Gym Boss, please tell me more about it. I'm curious to know exactly what it does:

For instance, if I want to do HIIT with it, can it be programmed for different lengths for each interval or can it only be programmed for the same amount of time? For example, if I wanted to do my first HIIT routine for 30 secs, rest 1 min; then do my second HIIT routine for 1 minute, rest two, etc., can the Gym Boss do that?

Thanks for the info!

You can only program it for 2 intervals at a time. So after you do your first HIIT routine you would have to change the times for the second HIIT routine.

It can only be programmed for two intervals for the same amount of time (so, e.g. 1-2-1-2-1-2 is ok but 1-2-3-1-2-3 is not which was a disappointment for me.)

It's extremely easy to change. I will often do 2 rounds of a circuit, using 45 seconds of work, 20 seconds of rest, then I will do another 2 rounds using 30 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest. lt literally takes only a second or two to change it.

I own the gym boss, actually I have 2 of them :) I use it in my treadmill for interval training. It has made a tremendous difference in my cardio training.

I love my gymboss!! I use it to run, especially when I want to insert sprint work. I use it for my own circuits ( I do the ones from rockbodyfitness.com every other day). Sometimes use it for kettlebell training.
I seriously am thinking of getting a second to keep at work.

I love the Gymboss! ITA that it's very easy to change settings. It also now has a stopwatch feature. For $20, you get a lot out of it. I looked for watches with similar features and they all run $100 or more.
