- Bought from Collage Video - was a Firm nut. Liked Power Hour and Rhythmic Step. Then Jan. '08 bought some of CF's videos from Collage, loved them and started coming to the website and forum. Keeps me focused and motivated.

They are hard and challenging and help me go a greater level of fitness.
