I've been accumulating mine over time too. Since I started STS, I added the weighted gloves and Pace Weights, which help a lot. I try to buy the weights one at a time with coupons (if you have a Dunham's near you, sign up for their mailing list).
I use coconut oil. It is initially greasy feeling, being oil and all, but it rubs in quickly and doesn't leave your skin feeling oily.
For a more traditional option, Avalon Organics lotions are really nice. I don't think they're 100% organic, though.
The only one I don't have on your list is Butts & Guts -- well, my copy of LL is on VHS and we don't have a functioning VCR anymore, but I remember loving to hate it. LOL
Legs and Glutes is my hands-down favorite. I often dread lower body work, but that one flies by for me and I always feel...
Yes, yes, yes to all of this! I still have my moments of "OMG, my butt is huge", but overall I've managed to focus on how working out makes me feel and now how it makes me look, and it has made a huge difference in my outlook.
I'll second or third that you can sub dumbells for pretty much any barbell moves. I've been doing Cathe workouts on and off for over ten years and just started using a barbell this week. Now I wish I'd started using it sooner, but if space is a limitation, you definitely don't need one.
I've had problems with the inner shorts of some skirts riding up, but the ones from Skirt Sports stay put! I've heard good things about a Brooks one too, that has the grippers on the legs like bike shorts.
