Does Shock Cardio MMA uses the step?
Hi Cathe,
I would like to know if Shock Cardio MMA uses the step? Hope there are workouts that does not use the step. :)
Thanks so much Cathe! I am SO relieved the workouts don't take a lot of space. I'm also happy that the HIIT workouts only need a high platform, weights and med ball. :) All in all, the workouts don't need a lot of equipment! :D
I'm glad we don't need a lot of equipment for HIIT. Since these are basically short 20 minute workouts, I was thinking it would be nice to bring these time-efficient workout DVDs along (on vacation or wherever) and just do the workouts without the fuss of bring along additional workout...
I don't have a rebounder and so I would prefer not to have rebounder workouts in this series.
I think a rebounder workout is great as a separate workout DVD.
Hi Cathe,
I'm wondering if HIIT will use a lot of equipment? Personally, I hope not because these are only 20 minute workouts. It would also be nice to do these workouts while on vacation and so we don't need to bring a lot of fitness equipment. :)
Just my two cents. :D
Yeah, bring 'em those guys! :) I'm sure they'll do well in HIIT and MMA since the workouts are mostly athletic cardio. I don't think there will be intricate and complex steps to learn.
I am glad that most the workouts are not complex and intricate. That's the reason why I ordered the set. Very intense and easy to follow works great for me! :) I hope Cathe doesn't change her mind and suddenly makes mostly complex choreography workouts for STS Shock Cardio. I will have to...
As much as I would love to have premixes on each DVD, I would rather take single layer discs with no premixes rather than discs with technical problems due to numerous premixes. Denise R's suggestion for a separate all-premixes DVD is great! Another option would be to put few premixes on each...
1. According to Cathe, "Each of the routines will focus on using high or low impact floor workouts or workouts involving the step."
I'm wondering since there will be 3 workouts, will one workout be purely 20-25 minutes of hi-lo/floor cardio, another workout will be 20-25 minutes pure step? Or...
I absolutely love this idea! I was rather apprehensive about having several premixes on each DVD because of disc issues - just like what happened before. Great suggestion Denise! Hope Cathe read it. :)
