Question about Difficulty & Impact

Good Morning!

Sorry, if someone has posted a similar question before, but I have a question about the difficulty and impact that these new workouts will have. I absolutely LOVE the new STS that was just released and have seen some amazing changes in my body and strength. I do, however, have problems with high-impact cardio or cardio that involves complicated choreography. I am 50 years old and I just cannot do cardio way I used to. I mainly do a a very brisk (and sometimes incline) walk for at least 3 miles on the treadmill on my cardio days. Could you tell me if these new Cardio STS workouts will be difficult as far as choreography goes and what the impact level will be. Will these workouts be easy to modifiy if they are geared more toward a more advanced excerciser? Thanks!

Ummm, yep, I think it's fair to say that this has been a recent topic of conversation on this forum!

Here's Cathe's reply in one of the threads regarding the complexity of the workouts:

It is too soon to get that specific yet. But I can tell you that they will be intense, easy to follow, with lots of variety. Each workout will contain what I refer to as a "Cathe Twist" put on them to give them that signature feeling. Step Moves is probably the only one that will follow a different format in that it will be flowy, rhythmic, dance-like choreography. I hope this helps you.

Yes, the question has been asked a couple times before, but to be honest, it hasn't really been answered yet. Hopefully we'll know more soon.
