Does Shock Cardio MMA uses the step?

I would like to know if Shock Cardio MMA uses the step? Hope there are workouts that does not use the step.

MMA? All I see featured are the step cardio workouts and the travel one...where is this infamous MMA workout? I can't stand step aerobics...so I am dying for alternatives here! lol

The MMA workouts probably haven't been filmed yet (SNM hasn't let us know one way or the other, but since there are no pics up yet, I assume they haven't been flimed).

This is the group of workouts I'm most interested in from this series.
