Collage Videos when I called looking for a home workout that was comparable to going to a gym :)
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
* Well done
* It's like going to a fitness facility and having my own personal trainer here at home.
* Gives me good results.
* Plus her lil quips always are spot on when I need 'em the most, she makes me smile & laugh when I'm grunting and groaning. Thats talent! :)

Using Cathe's rotations consistently along with following WW online I've lost 40# in 2004 and have maintained it thus far.
