Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
I always have a great sweat with her, I love the premixes, she has so many options, never get bored. She is easy to follow, not annoying lol

Older ones from the 90's with ESPN pros, Jane Fonda. Kathy Smith, Gin Miller, To many to name. I just recieved the new Low Impact series. Recently got two Kelly coffee DVD.
My Fitness Goals
I am trying to lose Weight, I lost 70 pounds when i was in 20's but the last 5 years i put on 40 pounds stress and not exerciseing and eating right is what happpened. I want to lose at least 25 at first, I am 42 so i know it is hard to maintain 103, so i want to try 120, My other Goal is to keep RA and Osteo Arthritis a bay for as long as possible.
