    I did the FUB today and really enjoyed it. I also did the low impact cardio bonus workout - really like that one as well. I was disappointed there was no cool down and stretch at the end.

    I did this this morning - Functional Lower Body with Bonus - what a great workout!!! I do not use weights because of my knee issues. I also did the bonus workout using those disks (I've had mine for years). It was hard but another winner!!!

    Osteoporosis drugs

    back in 2019 I was told I had osteoporosis. The doctor wanted me to take fosamax. I had 3 health care providers tell me not to take it - I didn't and this was before I was told to stay away from it. The max you should be on it is 5 years. It might help your bones but could ruin your jaw...

    my knees when bad from running at the age of 25. I modify to make my workouts work for me. I can walk up hill, but can't walk down hill. I've had lots of injuries and so far 12 surgeries - not all on the knees :D I'm thankful I can do what I can - I just keep plugging away...
