Balance Fusion Review

Coming back to this workout a second time. This time I had my Exer Tower (just arrived before my workout!), so was able to utilize it a little where needed.

I think after having done this again, I feel like the original LMR's lower body balance challenge is actually a bit tougher than this one. That one has a lot of sustained unilateral balance moves on the discs, whereas with this one you've both feet down on the disc like 95% of the time with very, very brief moments of lifting one foot off the disc.

They've both got their place and usages, of course. Just an observation.

I think Elevated balance workout is much harder than the original LMR. The first time I did LMR Elevated Balance Fusion I was laughing because it was hard for me using the balance disks. I was in awe of Cathe and crew - wondering how they did it. The second time around I had shoes on - still really hard but a smidgen better. Today I did this again and I was much improved with no shoes. The trick is to keep your toes forward on the disk. Even the part with no disks is challenging. My workout space is squishier so a little harder.

ETA: I have the original Turbo Tower I use.

Love this workout - Doing what I can since back surgery with screws 5 months ago.
