Balance Fusion Review

Coming back to this workout a second time. This time I had my Exer Tower (just arrived before my workout!), so was able to utilize it a little where needed.

I think after having done this again, I feel like the original LMR's lower body balance challenge is actually a bit tougher than this one. That one has a lot of sustained unilateral balance moves on the discs, whereas with this one you've both feet down on the disc like 95% of the time with very, very brief moments of lifting one foot off the disc.

They've both got their place and usages, of course. Just an observation.
