Easy treadmill run today watching some Netflix that needed catching up on
I really enjoy the mill- the weather is always good, it’s never windy, and I can watch tv guilt free.
Crossfire. Oh my stars that is one heck of a cardio workout. At one point she says you may find it easier to do a little side to side jog while recovering- I was just happy to stay upright.
Happy belated thanksgiving to you all in the south- I hope you all had an enjoyable day.
Was away for work/play and I tend to neglect this.
Ran a couple of days last week.
Came home to a pile of work- finally got a cycle in tonight and some push ups and sit ups. I am in yet another hotel after a day at home so I had to make do with the crappy gym they have here.
I didn't do anything Friday or Saturday- legs were sore and I was very tired for some reason.
Today I came back with Cardio Slam- way better than last time I did it.
Cardio fusion live. Meh. Definitely one of Cathe's easier ones. I worked up a good sweat but was never really challenged.
Maybe the 3 donuts I ate at my meeting last night offered some extra energy :/
Yesterday I did high and low HIIT from the Intensity series which was quick and dirty at around 20 minutes
Today was a run- 4 miles on the TM watching Wednesday’s Survivor episode then push ups.
My hell week is over!
X10 Cardio blast. I am very short on workout time this week so looking for things under 30 minutes. Any suggestions?

I have been terrible about posting. Very busy days and I just seem to run from one thing to another. I have been getting some runs in and some Cathe.
I have had a blah week. Motivation = 0. Diet was horrible, exercise non-existent. Not sure where it is coming from. I hate feeling like this.
I forced SS Cardio Slam. Barely got through it.

I did some runs and strength through the week. Today was Triple Fit Live. Holy total body- will have to try to fit this one in once a week.
Yoga yesterday- do not like but it's like eating veggies (which I also don't like)... doing it because I know it is good for me.
Lift It HIIT It Legs today- crappers that was hard!
