Is there a place to see the running time of the last few Cathe Lives? I keep a running list of all of them since the beginning but haven’t seen the total times lately. Is there any way that can be included in the final clip that’s posted to FB?
I'd buy these!! Something like this would be a great addition to the amazing lineup Cathe has, especially with the importance of weight training as we get older! It's been a while since she's released a heavy weight training series.

Hi there! I use my iPhone to stream Cathe Live to my tv using AppleTV. It's been working great most of the time, though yesterday it was acting weird so I ended up doing the second half of the workout just on my iPhone. Hope this helps.[emoji2]

You are so welcome!! I'm so delighted that I could help! I wish you all the best in your recovery. I should mentioned that I had been doing some short (~30min) ICE premixes before starting the Cathe Live rotation and that really helped too.
