    If anyone's tried Meso 2 Legs...

    I just did Meso 2 Disk 14 today and LOVED it!!! Oh yes, it was hard. But that's ok! The tri-sets are terrific. What a super way to fatigue the legs without getting completely burned out. And my HR was up there! I used heavy weights and really pushed myself and don't mind a little cardio affect...

    Uhhh... One Leg Sit and Stands?

    I found using a taller chair made a huge difference. I was trying to do it off my couch and no way! I also touched my big toe to the ground and was still able to really fry the working leg even with a little support. This is going to be one of those exercises that bug me til I can get it...
