How I found out about Cathe Workouts
When I first got Directv I was so stoked about the channel FitTv and as soon as I did one of Cathe's workouts, I was amazed. Hook, line, and sinker - she got me and I've been faithful to her ever since!
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
She has a true passion for fitness like myself. She wants you to get the form, she wants you to feel the burn, she wants you to listen to your body! She knows what she's doing and I highly respect her for that.
