My Success Story
My highest weight ever was 180#. That was back in 1999. Before that, I did bodybuilding but hurt my low back in the early 90's. That put me out of commission for years and the weight came on. Even though my back still hurt, I started working out again slowly. I started with Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds, then moved to The Firm and then learned about Cathe. I lost over 50# during a three year period and now I am concentrating on building lean muscle mass and succeeding. My low back no longer hurts and I am in the best physical shape of my life. I workout free style now, but still do Cathe's ab workouts along with warmup and stretches from her DVD's. I'm looking forward to the STS series.
My most proudest moment was when I was featured in Oxygen magazine!
