Thanks for the heads up! I can handle dancy cool downs, pivots, mambos and tricky athletic moves. I just try to stay away from the "jazzercise" type of routines. Now choosing a tape is going to be hard since I have too many good ones to choose from! Take care!
I have recently purchased MIS. I am now interested in purchasing some of Cathe's step tapes. I am an advanced stepper but I don't like a lot of dance moves in my step routines. Which tapes should I avoid?
