MIS and Building Muscle Mass

My goal is to build muscle mass (like Cathe Friedrich and Monica Brant). I have always heard that this should be done with a weight that will only let you complete 8 - 10 reps. Any more reps than that and you are working on endurance. In MIS more than 10 reps are usually performed. Will I be able to build muscle mass with this tape? Or is it just going to build endurance and give me definition as opposed to muscle mass?

The idea behind MIS was to familiarize and focus your attention specifically on high intensity weight training. The reps on this tape are higher and performed at a fluid steady pace. Although you are still gaining muscular strength with this workout, you are tapping a little bit more into muscular endurance. For a lower rep and slower paced workout, you may want to try our Pure Strength series tapes.
