    Cathe Elevated Download Instructions

Yes! I love every stage of getting a new series... the "teasers", the updates, AND the reviews. It just adds to the excitement and joy and suspense... makes me feel like a kid again! lol

All LMR2 Elevated Overview by Cathe during the release

That has happened to me in the past. One time, it turned out I was anemic (iron), and the other time it was low B (12 I think, but can't remember for sure). So, if you have any appointments coming up, you might want to have labs done. Both times, it ONLY affected me in THAT position, but it...

    My frustration with Downward Dog

I use Classical Stretch/Essentrics and find it great for flexibility, range of motion, balance, etc., but I have had to learn to block out the chatter. And I know it's not supposed to matter if you do more of something on one side of the body than the other, but it drives me NUTS. lol I've spent...

    My frustration with Downward Dog

My son is a disabled adult that is still in my care. We have a silly routine we go through after my workout. I say "Who made this big mess?" (a phrase from a children's show he used to watch when he was younger). Then, he sings the "Clean up" song while I put my toys away. lol

    My frustration with Downward Dog

I used to do Tai Chi in a class. Distance (after my move) and having to stick within a new budget made that no longer possible. So, Lee Holden is who I use too! He often uses water (the ones with the rock in the middle of the stream) for a soothing visual, and I find the music to do be calming...

    My frustration with Downward Dog

I, too, have a shorter upper torso, with longer legs, so I have to use blocks for many moves. I also use wedges to support my hands for some of the moves that put too much strain on my wrists. So... I end up with a rather cluttered workout area during yoga.. not as bad as my strength training...

    My frustration with Downward Dog

Thank you! I thought I was the only one like that. lol I have learned to focus on the moves and my body when doing Tai Chi or Yoga (just as I do with cardio or strength training), I do different types of exercises for different reasons, and they all do different thing for my body and mind. Yoga...

    elevated individual workouts ?

I don't do downloads either. I was going to try, and even had my nephew set it up so that I could use them. I'd made a list of ones I was going to buy. I changed my mind, though, after trying the free downloads. There are just too many advantages to owning and using DVDs that I'm not willing to...

    Pyramid Lower Body - well-balanced

I don't like them either, but I felt there was some benefit to my abs, so started putting my ball against the wall as kind of a compromise. lol That way, I'm not feeling like I'm struggling with the ball as much, and I can really focus on my form, but I feel I get a bit of the side ab benefits...

    Rope-less Battle Ropes

Hmmm... interesting. I hadn't heard of them. I don't care for battle ropes much myself, but son loved them when we were members of a gym (many years ago). A gym membership is not a possibility for me financially, but I'm very interested in hearing more about them. I am always looking for ways to...

I'll see if my library has it. They can usually order in a book for me. I'm always open to finding ways to improve. Thank you. :)

I'm not sure that I left my phone in the basement a few weeks ago or that I brought my snow shovel into the house after clearing my drive due to procrastination. lol I simply forget what I was supposed to be doing. lol When I go dancing, I'll be in the middle of one dance, find myself humming to...

By "visual"... I guess I should also add "hands-on". lol I kind of get distracted on a computer. When I'm planning my workouts, I have an index card system I use. If, however, my plans change (or I just can't get in the mood for what I had planned) and I need a shorter workout or different...
