Could you please do me a rotation with all of your beg/intermediate tapes? I have all of them. I would like 5-6 days with one easy day. I can workout longer on weekends. Also, I have a treadmill for cardio.

I am looking forward to the new workouts. I have the other beg/intermedite set and would like a rotation for 6 weeks using all the new ones combined with the ones I have.
Could you do this when you get time?

I am 5'1 3/4 and I weigh anywhere from 127-130. I currently wear a 4 to 6 and I would love to get back down to 120. When I weight 120 I am a size 2 and I feel better. I just turned 40 this year.
I would like to use all the workouts from Cathe High Step Circuit, Basic Step & BodyFusion, Push/Pull, Pilates and my Treadmill Runs.
I would like to do a longer workout on the weekend and the rest under 50 minutes.
