Get ready to get REALLY sweaty with Total Body Metabolic Strength. This workout includes many multi joint, multi plane challenges, along with some straight heavy set exercises. Recommended weight increments will be given, but this workout gives you the opportunity to lift as heavy as you like for each exercise! The weight ranges used in this workout are from 5 lbs to 30 lbs. Cathe will suggest a weight per each exercise, but you will ultimately decide what weight you want to use.
We’ll be sharing some additional details and sneak peeks in the upcoming days!

OnDemand subscribers: This workout will also be added to our OnDemand platform. We hope to have the workout loaded at the same time as the download release, but the technical aspect of adding it to the site can sometimes take longer. We’ll keep you updated!

Interesting! This one might fit in nicely in July. I’m planning a high reps/metabolic rotation, and I am looking forward to seeing how/if this blends heavier weights with metabolic.
