Get ready to get REALLY sweaty with Total Body Metabolic Strength. This workout includes many multi joint, multi plane challenges, along with some straight heavy set exercises. Recommended weight increments will be given, but this workout gives you the opportunity to lift as heavy as you like for each exercise! The weight ranges used in this workout are from 5 lbs to 30 lbs. Cathe will suggest a weight per each exercise, but you will ultimately decide what weight you want to use.
