Update?

The problem I have with Cathe's presales and particularly this one, is not only do you order a year before you get them, but she just had a knee replacement and stated she's ready to start filming. Really?? So she asks for what everyone wants and in one day she announced a LMR2. Hmmm. I don't think the majority wanted that, even if it's leveled up. I would have preferred a small package of strength, cardio/bodyweight, circuit style and fusion workouts with bonuses. Simple. 3 DVDs are plenty. Something for everyone. I also don't understand why you would start a presale before you are able to do the workouts.

I expected she would need a good 6 months recovery before she could even film. Why not wait and see how the recovery goes? I think she is still figuring out what she's going to do and I doubt she has started filming. I could be wrong. Anyway, I will wait and maybe pick up a few on the daily deals.
This would have been perfect. I would love bodyweight only routines. They can be quite challenging if done right.

I, too, would prefer less dvds at a time.. 3, maybe 4, consisting of mabye 2 different
weight workouts, a cardio dvd with a couple short low impact workouts, different
styles, a Bootcamp or circuit style workout, and an abs/stretch dvd, with a couple
short standing abs and a shorter stretch routine (10-15 min) Would be my “perfect”
short series.

Bodyweight can also feel tougher over time as you develop proprioception within the individual exercises.

Totally agree! I have done a mixed bodyweight and weight rotation with a lot of Mark Lauren interspersed. In the beginning, it felt too "easy", but once I started to focus on perfecting the movement, it became harder. I learned a lot with that rotation.

Hmmm, I'll have to check this out. Thanks!

I think there are no updates because there is nothing to update. I understand the people who say, in effect, “hey, let Cathe do her thing and in the end you’ll be pleased.” That’s happened in the past. Last year, not so much. In time, much time perhaps, we shall see. For now, I am exploring offerings on YouTube. Thanks for mentioning instructors you like.

I think you may be right .. nothing to update.
If you're looking for cardio, Kelly Coffey-Meyer is in the process of moving all her videos (both the dvd collection & RAW) to YouTube. Many are currently free, others are only through her membership or her website app. Most of her cardio is in the 30 minute range. I enjoy her kickbox, boxing, step-boxing & love her circuits. If you spin, I highly recommend Kaleigh Cohen on YouTube - her's are free too & she offers a free click & play playlist for beginners that are 20-40 min long.

ETA: I forgot to mention Kelly usually has Low Impact modifiers in her cardio.
