Hi Brigitte! Are you waiting for the new LMR series? If so, I can say I LOVE THEM! My balance has already improved since using the discs. I love the variety & less intense workouts for lighter/recovery days, or I can make them harder by increasing weight. The foam rolling feels so good. And I love Cathe's take on pilates & barre. Let us know what you think once they arrive & you get to start trying them!My Cathe calendar and Cathe orange foam roller showed up two days ago, just waiting for the New Cathe DVDs to arrive now How is everyone doing? I started foam rolling with the STS 2.0 series & was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoy it! I had a shorter roller when I started, but when I got the longer one, it made a big difference for me. I guess I can now say, the ONLY type of exercise I really don't care for so much is yoga. I've tried to like it over the years but just don't. I still add it in though. Sometimes I feel like if I have to do another sun salutation or downward dog, I'll never do yoga again. I can't even say specifically what it is about yoga that I don't like.Hi Deanna TS ,

Me either. And I can't even say exactly what it is that I don't like.Deanna, I am not a "yoga lover" either. I just have never "clicked" with it........
We all really are so different! Variety makes the exercise world go round!I use to feel that way about yoga too. When I tried Peloton, I really like their yoga, especially 2 instructors in particular. I like that their classes are more than that and I feel like a get a really good stretch and feel more relaxed over all. I don't really care much for the foam rolling. I have tried and I keep trying but I find it just doesn't do what yoga does for me. I love that everyone is so different and Cathe knows that.
Hi Brigitte. I gave up DVDs and buy the downloads now. It's so much faster and easier, but I miss some of the DVD advantages for sure. I had a charge from DVD's I purchased last October (Columbus Day sale) after paying on the Cathe website. Luckily, someone posted that Cathe.com does fix this. So I contacted Cathe customer service and they reimbursed me. After that, I purchased downloads. But, I do like some of the DVD options. so good to know that you DO get reimbursed but I wish Cathe.com would fix that problem.Hello , received a parcel card today to pick-up my package tomorrow which I believe is the DVDs
Wondering why it was not just put in my mail box like previous orders, hope that there is not a charge! Will find out tomorrow ,

Contact cathe.com customer service. It's their mistakeThere was a customs charge for 24.90 dollars, Canadian.
Charge from Canada Border Services Agency, oh well I'm happy to have the DVDs now!
I ordered on the Cathe website for the pre-order of the DVDs way back, how do you tell if you prepaid for customs or if it was included? It doesn't say anything on my invoice, it does say zero for tax and zero for shipping and handling because I ordered a Cathe foam roller at the same time.
Maybe I don't qualify because of that ?
